I recently had an interior water control system and wall anchors installed in my basement. Appreciate the no nonsense sales approach - Scott was very honest and upfront about everything, unlike some other companies I contacted. Had a small issue after the job was done but they worked with me to ensure it was resolved and I was completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

Zeb stopped out for an estimate and was very friendly. He had the B&B crew came out in a timely fashion to seal our new constriction basement. They worked fast and were tidy! Definitely recommend!

B&B did great work for us! We have an old house basement only used for storage, washer, dryer, and utilities. We had water leaking into the basement for years, during heavy rains or the spring melt. We finally got sick of mopping up the water. The interior drainage system is working perfectly, I'm amazed at how much water it is draining into the sump pump. Best part, no more floor mop, the floor is dry!

I had issues with my basement pushing water up through the slab. Vince was able to get out to my house and provide a detailed explanation, quote, and top notch quality service, the same day I called! We scheduled the work about 2 weeks from the date of the estimate, and the crew they sent run by Nacho was a true group of professionals. Extremely polite (to the extent that they asked my permission to play music while working), extremely clean, including lining my garage and driveway in trash bags to make sure no cement spilled on the floor, and did an amazing job cleaning up when the work was complete! Vince came and re-adjusted the quote when a few outside changes helped the issue, and gave me great advice on where to start, and future plans that could be added on down the road if more issues arise. My husband and I hired B&B Basement Repairs in late 2019 to install a water control system in the basement of our 100+ year old home before we put it on the market to sell. The house is located on the shores of Green Bay and the record water levels over the past few years have caused basement flooding in homes throughout our area, including ours. A few days after the job was completed, an early winter storm caused massive flooding in many homes in our town, but thankfully ours remained dry. Unfortunately, the day before the storm we had signed on a new house just down the road and that one was not spared, and the entire basement was flooded. We didn’t hesitate to contact B&B to install a water control system in our new house, and once again, we were very pleased with the outcome. Both basements have remained dry. Everyone from B&B who has done work at both our homes has been professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Now that the water levels seem to be receding, some may decide to hold off on installing a water control system, but it’s only a matter of time before they will rise again, and we are happy to have peace of mind. We highly recommend B&B!

We had a on going problem with water in our basement. Vince came out to give us an estimate on the work that would need to be done to correct our problem! He was personable, very knowledgeable, and honest about the repair and cost! He answered all our questions and gave us a quote with NO pressure! Our basement was repaired yesterday by Nacho and his crew. They arrived on time and finished in about 3 hours! They were all polite, professional and definitely hard working!! Very happy with all aspects of our basement project. We had anchors and waterproofing down to the basement and am enjoying the dry basement. The price was the best of all the quotes we had gotten and they had a no pressure sales pitch for it. That was the best part about it, no over selling it. They were the third quote we got and was the only one that had concerns about another wall in the basement that we hadn't thought was bad and had paneling on it. Joe, our salesman, insisted that we needed to remove the paneling to check that wall and it was actually worse than the first wall i had called him about. The job was done right on time in a timely fashion. With all the challenges they ran into in our backyard and extra thick basement floor they still were done when they planned. Would recommend them for any of your basement needs.

Priced several basement repair/waterproofing companies, including B and B Basements LLC. They were professional, gave me detailed information and explained everything that I needed to know to help me make an informed decision for repairs on our 80 yr old, very leaky basement. After choosing B and B Basements, they were easy to communicate with and scheduled our repairs quickly. The actual repairmen that came out to work on our basement were some of the hardest working men I’ve ever seen. They had a heck of a tough job to do, with very damaged walls, water in the basement, cracked floors, etc., they worked hard for 3 straight days and when done, the transformation was astounding! They also cleaned up really well, leaving our basement much, much better than it was when they started. The best part is that our basement is now dry. It has had standing water since we bought it a year ago (we have had constant water in the basement since the day of settlement). The workers were polite, careful and professional while in our home and their hard work is very, very much appreciated!

We have an old building here in Milwaukee with Cream City brick. The work they did here was along the entirety of the north wall. They arrived on time and there was very little mess. Really respectful guys working on site. We had two big boy jacks installed into a space that was previously unable to be used. We had the SilverBack Wall Liner installed everywhere the Sub-Floor Water Control System was put in. It made the basement look new on that side and we are considering lining the other half in the near future. Highly recommend. We shopped around and I did not feel like they were trying to sell more than we needed. Will come here in the future for my own personal use.
