Basement Waterproofing

After some flooding in our basement, we had to call someone to come help us identify where the water was coming from and what we should do. Tad arrived within the same week and was seriously amazing! He gave us information that was so helpful and didn’t pressure us at all to make a decision. It’s hard to come by this kind of customer service nowadays. I will definitely be suggesting this business to friends or family. Thank you, Tad!!

What a great experience!! Unbeatable price & service. Jeb was completely transparent & very knowledgeable on how they could waterproof our basement. The team that came to do the work was also very knowledgeable, hard workers and personable. We are so happy with the results and won't be nervous when next spring's rains come! I highly recommend B & B Basement Repairs- they exceeded our expectations!

Genuinely outstanding experience all around. The estimate process was quick and painless, and their backend is all digital, so I was able to view and track the whole process from quote to final invoice online. The foreman and crew who did the work were top notch. Even though this was a (relatively speaking) smaller project, a number of unexpected issues arose as interior paneling was removed, and so on, and the crew were able to pivot and make changes from the original plan without any problems. Communication throughout was outstanding. This strikes me as a professional, experienced, and cost-competitive company. Highly recommended. (We had three wall leaks; all three were handled through their interior leak solutions, which have been working great!)

Outstanding work, would highly recommend! B&B did a fantastic job with our outdoor excavation and waterproofing. Great communication, professional crew, and very affordable pricing. They paid close attention to detail around our underground utilities and did an awesome job cleaning up afterward. Highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again!

My fiancé’s family has worked with B&B for years now. Between their house flips or personal home needs, B&B has always been willing to help out and at a reasonable rate. All around the crew is very friendly, and will never leave without knowing that you are comfortable and understanding of what's going on! Will continue to use B&B Basement Repairs for any other problems that come upon us and will refer them to more family and friends! Thank you B&B !

B&B did an amazing job of installing an interior water control system. It was a very labor intensive project and they went over and above expectations for what I feel was a very reasonable price. Zeb and Jon initiated the project and Mario and his team did the work and they all were a pleasure to work with. Use B&B...you won't be disappointed!

I recently had an interior water control system and wall anchors installed in my basement. Appreciate the no nonsense sales approach - Scott was very honest and upfront about everything, unlike some other companies I contacted. Had a small issue after the job was done but they worked with me to ensure it was resolved and I was completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

B&B has helped us with fixing the underground water issue at our apartment complex in Stevens Point WI. From the first phone call to the last email, all I have to say that it was a pleasure working with this company. Knowledge, workmanship, pricing and over all professional approach was just remarkable and I can say that I was lucky to have found them. Thank you to all the staff in the office as well as the guys on the field. Truly appreciate your big help on this project. Keep up the good work!

Zeb stopped out for an estimate and was very friendly. He had the B&B crew came out in a timely fashion to seal our new constriction basement. They worked fast and were tidy! Definitely recommend!

B&B did great work for us! We have an old house basement only used for storage, washer, dryer, and utilities. We had water leaking into the basement for years, during heavy rains or the spring melt. We finally got sick of mopping up the water. The interior drainage system is working perfectly, I'm amazed at how much water it is draining into the sump pump. Best part, no more floor mop, the floor is dry!
